Terms of Service

Access

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have verifiable parental consent) to use the services. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity occurring under your account.

Account and Eligibility

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and keep it updated.
• Do not share your login credentials or allow others to access your account.
• We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if information is inaccurate or activity is unauthorized.

Service Availability

We strive for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control may limit availability. Where feasible, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes that affect your access.

Content and License

Purchases grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access course materials for your own learning. Redistribution, resale, or public performance of content is not permitted without written permission.

Payments

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be added based on your billing location. We may update pricing, plans, or features with prior notice when required by law or contract.

Billing and Autorenewals

• For subscriptions, charges recur at the start of each billing cycle until canceled.
• You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method.
• Promotions or trials convert to paid plans unless canceled before the end of the trial.

Failed Payments

If payment fails, we may suspend access until the charge is successful. You remain responsible for unpaid amounts and any fees related to chargebacks or collection.

Invoices and Taxes

Receipts and invoices are provided electronically. You are responsible for any required tax documentation in your jurisdiction.

Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. Refund eligibility depends on the type of program and your level of completion.

Self-Paced Programs

• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of the curriculum.
• Access will be revoked upon refund approval.

Cohorts and 1:1 Programs

• Up to 7 days before the start date: full refund.
• From 7 days before start to 24 hours after first session: 50% refund.
• After 24 hours from the first session: non-refundable.

How to Request

Submit your refund request from your account or by replying to your purchase confirmation with order details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Chargebacks initiated without contacting support may result in account suspension.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse or disrupt the platform, attempt to bypass security, or interfere with other users.
• Respect intellectual property; do not upload or share content you do not have the rights to use.
• Provide accurate information and refrain from impersonation or misrepresentation.
• No harassment, hate speech, or other unlawful or harmful behavior.
• No scraping, bulk downloading, automated access, or reverse engineering.
• Do not share course materials publicly or resell access.

Enforcement

We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access to protect the service and its users. We may preserve information where required by law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the event.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by applicable law in your place of residence unless a specific jurisdiction is required by law. Before formal proceedings, the parties will attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations for at least 30 days after written notice.

Changes

We may modify these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by posting an updated version and revising the “Last updated” date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the services and supersede prior agreements on the subject.
